  • Enforcement: Chromatic actively monitors global marketplaces. We reserve the right to pursue civil and criminal penalties against infringers to the maximum extent permitted by international copyright and trademark law.

4. FRAUD & CHARGEBACK POLICY (NOTICE OF PROSECUTION) Chromatic maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding "Friendly Fraud" (fraudulent chargebacks).

  • Investigation: In the event of a disputed transaction, we will provide all relevant documentation (including IP logs, delivery confirmation, and signed Terms of Service) to the issuing bank and payment processor.

  • Prosecution: Chromatic reserves the right to report fraudulent chargebacks to the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) and local law enforcement. We may also engage third-party collection agencies to recover the cost of the goods, shipping, and administrative fees associated with the fraud.

  • Blacklisting: Any individual suspected of fraudulent activity will be permanently banned from the platform and all affiliated storefronts.
