About Chromatic
My name is Joshua, and I grew up in the Columbia Gorge — a place where mountains, rivers, orchards, and stunning landscapes surround you every single day. I literally live inside an artist's sketch book, and that natural beauty has been my greatest source of inspiration.
After spending over 25 years as a chef, creating dishes that were enjoyed for just an hour or so, I felt called to make something more permanent. Something that could last.
That's why I created Chromatic.
I now pour that same creative passion into bold, wearable art. Every design is an original piece inspired by the vibrant scenery of the Columbia Gorge — translated into colorful watercolor landscapes, mandalas, cosmic elements, and nature-inspired patterns. All designs are original and crafted by Chromatic.
All Chromatic products are made to order through Print On Demand companies, allowing each piece to be created fresh while reducing waste. We have providers strategically located globally to reduce emissions, shipping costs and wait times for our products.
Chromatic is my evolution from creating meals that disappear in a blink to making art you can wear and live in every day.
