SHIPPING & PRODUCTION POLICY
1. THE PRINT-ON-DEMAND PROCESS
At Chromatic, we do not maintain a warehouse of pre-printed items. Every single product is custom-made the moment you order it. This "made-to-order" approach ensures high-quality results and reduces textile waste.
2. PRODUCTION WINDOW (THE WAIT PERIOD)
Before an order is shipped, it must be printed, cut, and sewn.
Standard Production Time: 2–7 business days.
Peak Seasons: During holidays or high-volume periods, production can take up to 10 business days.
Liability: Chromatic is not responsible for production delays caused by our third-party manufacturing partners or supply chain shortages.
3. SHIPPING ESTIMATES (AFTER PRODUCTION)
Once production is complete and the item passes quality control, it is handed over to a carrier. Shipping times vary by destination:
USA Domestic: 2–5 business days.
International: 10–30 business days (varies by country and customs processing).
4. THE "10-DAY" TRACKING RULE
To ensure the highest level of efficiency, we ask for your patience during the hand-off between production and the carrier.
Wait Period: If your tracking number has been issued but has not updated or shown "movement" in the carrier’s system, please wait 10 full business days before contacting support.
Often, packages are processed in bulk at manufacturing hubs and may not receive an initial scan until they reach a regional sorting facility.
5. SHIPPING RATES & TAXES
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
International Orders: Customers are 100% responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes. Chromatic has no control over these charges and will not reimburse them.
6. DELIVERY LIABILITY & "DELIVERED" STATUS
CHROMATIC’S LIABILITY ENDS ONCE THE CARRIER TAKES POSSESSION OF THE PACKAGE. * If a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, Chromatic will not issue a refund or replacement for "non-receipt." In these cases, the customer must resolve the issue directly with the carrier or local law enforcement if theft is suspected.
We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier strikes, or customs "holds."
7. INCORRECT ADDRESSES
We cannot change a shipping address once an order is sent to production. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for the additional shipping costs to resend the item. No refunds will be issued for "return to sender" packages resulting from customer error.
