Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. Because our products are printed on demand and uniquely manufactured for you once an order is placed, we maintain a strict no-return policy except in the case of manufacturing defects.

Manufacturing Defects & Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or has a clear manufacturing error (such as a printing misalignment or a structural tear), we will gladly replace it or issue a refund.

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged.

  • To initiate a claim, please email us at evergreenoutdoorco@gmail.com within [e.g., 7 days] of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Exclusions (Final Sale Items)

Because each item is custom-made to order, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for the following:

  • Sizing/Fit Issues: We provide detailed sizing charts on every product page. Please review these carefully before purchasing.

  • Color Variations: Please note that screen resolutions and calibrations vary across devices. Slight variations in color between the digital mockup and the physical product are a normal part of the printing process and do not qualify as a defect.

  • Change of Mind: We do not accept returns for buyer's remorse or accidental orders.

Cancellations

Once an order is sent to production, it can no longer be canceled or edited. If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us within [e.g., 2 hours] of placement, though we cannot guarantee a cancellation if the item has already entered the manufacturing queue.
